  • For all returns, we apply a 25% restocking fee, which helps us cover the handling and shipping expenses. This fee is waived, however, if the product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.
  • You're welcome to return any unused products in their original or opened packaging within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please note, returns are not accepted if 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will confirm its condition and inform you about the status of your return through email. If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund minus the 25% restocking fee, and the amount will be credited back using your original payment method.
