  • You can return unused items in the original or opened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

    • We do not charge a restocking fee

    • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

    • Items must be unused and in resellable condition

    If 30 days or more have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

    Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and notify you via email within a reasonable time whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will issue a refund (excluding return shipping) to your original payment method.
