Replacement Parts Returns

This policy applies only to vehicle-specific replacement parts sold through T-MOD. Our regular accessories, such as floor mats and interior or exterior accessories, are covered by our separate Accessories Returns Policy.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Order

Unused replacement parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in resalable condition. Opened packaging may be accepted if the part remains unused and passes inspection.

Approved non-defect returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Parts

We will review returns or exchanges for parts that are defective, damaged before delivery, or incorrectly supplied by T-MOD without applying the 30% restocking fee. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video when requested.

Shipping Damage or Lost Shipments

Please report shipping damage or a package marked delivered but not received within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the part, the outer packaging, and the shipping label. We will investigate with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

We are not responsible for shipments lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Fitment Responsibility

Please verify your vehicle model, year, generation, side, configuration, and part number before ordering. Parts ordered for an incompatible vehicle or incorrect application are treated as non-defect returns and are subject to the 30% restocking fee if approved.

Warranty

Non-electronic replacement parts include a 90-day warranty. Electronic replacement parts include a 1-year warranty. Warranty claims cover manufacturing defects and do not cover installation errors, misuse, modification, accident damage, or normal wear.

Contact us through our Contact Page before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after an approved return is received and inspected.
