At T-MOD, we may offer select items as Pre-Orders or Backorders to help you reserve upcoming or high-demand products before they arrive at our fulfillment facility. This policy outlines how pre-order purchases, cancellations, and deposits are handled.

What is a Pre-Order? When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently in production or en route to our warehouse. We offer two payment options at checkout:

  • Pay in Full: The entire order amount is charged at the time of checkout.

  • Partial Deposit (Reserve Now, Pay Later): A partial deposit (e.g., 20%) is charged upfront to lock in your reservation and promotional discount, with the remaining balance automatically charged to your payment method when your product is ready to ship.

Pre-Order Cancellation & Refund Rules

  • Cancellation Before Fulfillment: You may request to cancel an unfulfilled pre-order at any time prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team at help@t-mod.ca.

    • Pay in Full Pre-Orders: If you choose to cancel a pre-order paid in full, a 5% administrative and payment processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. (This fee covers non-refundable merchant credit card transaction fees and inventory reservation allocation costs.)

    • Partial Deposit Pre-Orders: Deposits placed under the "Reserve Now, Pay Later" option are strictly non-refundable once the initial 24-hour grace period has passed, as production and freight capacity are committed directly to your order.

  • Cancellation After Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched with a carrier tracking number, it can no longer be cancelled. You may follow our standard Return Policy upon receipt of the items.

Estimated Delivery Timelines (ETA) Estimated shipping and delivery dates displayed on product pages are approximations based on manufacturing timelines and ocean/ground freight schedules. While we strive to ship on or before the stated ETA, unforeseen carrier transit or customs clearance delays may occasionally arise. We will keep you updated via email regarding any significant scheduling adjustments.
