At T-MOD, we aim to process and ship your orders efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping rates, delivery estimates, and fulfillment policies for customers across Canada and the United States.

Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Tracking: You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has dispatched.

🇨🇦 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer free standard ground shipping across Canada for qualifying orders.

🇺🇸 Cross-Border Shipping (United States)

We ship directly to customers in the continental United States.

Duties, Customs & Taxes

• Canadian Orders: Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and collected at checkout.

• U.S. Orders: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. T-MOD is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Pickup Option (Markham, ON)

If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a local pickup option at our Markham location:

• Location: Markham, Ontario (Full address provided at checkout/confirmation).

• Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and pickup hours.

• Requirements: Please present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID upon arrival.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Tracking Your Package: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

• Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages (Return to Sender):

  Please verify your shipping address carefully before finalizing your purchase (including unit/apartment numbers and accurate postal codes). T-MOD is not responsible for misdeliveries or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

  If a parcel is returned to our facility by the carrier due to an invalid/insufficient address, refusal, or failure to collect:

  • Reshipment: The customer will be responsible for the actual shipping fee required to re-dispatch the package to the verified address.

  • Cancellation / Refund: If you choose to cancel the order upon return, a refund will be issued for the merchandise value minus the actual shipping costs incurred by the carrier for both outbound transit and return transit.

    (While T-MOD does not charge restocking fees, actual shipping carrier costs are strictly non-refundable for buyer-fault returns.)

• Damaged or Lost Packages: If tracking indicates that your parcel was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at help@t-mod.ca with your order number and clear photos/videos of the package and damaged items.
