Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We offer free standard ground shipping across Canada for qualifying orders.

Duties, Customs & Taxes

Canadian Orders: Applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/HST/PST) will be calculated and collected at checkout.

U.S. Orders: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. T-MOD is not responsible for these charges if applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Pickup Option (Markham, ON)
If you prefer to collect your order in person, we offer a local pickup option at our Markham location:

Notification: You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup, along with instructions and pickup hours.

Requirements: Please present your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID upon arrival.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking Your Package: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. T-MOD is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team immediately at help@t-mod.ca with your order number and photo evidence (if applicable).
